Felice Stevens – Love, NY Style
Happy February. And with February comes Valentine’s Day. Last month I asked people to choose who they’d like me to write a little Valentine’s Day coda for and by a narrow margin,, Carter and Reed from The Arrangement beat out Nick and Julian from Beyond the Surface. Don’t worry though. I’ll be revisiting those guys soon enough!
So I’m happy to share with you a little Valentine’s Day chapter for these two special guys. It was made available to my newsletter subscribers last week, but if you signed up late now you can read it.
In addition, on or around Valentine’s Day I’ll be releasing a novella featuring Gideon and Jonah from Learning to Love, called The Way to his Heart. It will feature Jonah’s point of view for the first time and he gets into a few hilarious predicaments. At the end of the month I’ll be re-releasing the second book in the Through Hell and Back series, After the Fire. It is the story of Jordan after the events of A Walk Through Fire. It has been revised and re-edited with new content and for the first time it will be in Kindle Unlimited.
Brandon’s story, Embrace the Fire is the finale of the series and will be re-released at the end of March and next month I’ll have some more information on that book.
I have several new stories brewing, including One Call Away, about radio talk show host Noah Strauss and Oren Leavitt, the soulful ex-Orthodox Jewish lawyer. I’m working on a new story, The Shape of You that deals with two men, Corey and Eric, both struggling with weight issues. Since you all know I’m a pantser, their story will evolve with time.
If you aren’t aware, I am part of the great new Gay Romance Readers Club, where every month you can get a free book from such authors as Josh Lanyon, Cardeno C and Keira Andrews. If you’re interested in finding out more about it, check it out here: https://theromanceauthors.com/
Now without further Ado…here is Carter & Reed!
I hope you all have a great month and see you in March!!
Felice Stevens has always been a romantic at heart. She believes that while life is tough, there is always a happy ending just around the corner. She started reading traditional historical romances when she was a teenager, then life and law school got in the way. It wasn’t until she picked up a copy of Bertrice Small and became swept away to Queen Elizabeth’s court that her interest in romance novels became renewed.
But somewhere along the way, her tastes shifted. While she still enjoys a juicy Historical romance, she began experimenting with newer, more cutting edge genres and discovered the world of Male/Male romance. And once she picked up her first, she became so enamored of the authors, the character-driven stories and the overwhelming emotion of the books, she knew she wanted to write her own.
Felice lives in New York City with her husband and two children and hopefully soon a cat of her own. Her day begins with a lot of caffeine and ends with a glass or two of red wine. She practices law but daydreams of a time when she can sit by a beach somewhere and write beautiful stories of men falling in love. Although there is bound to be angst along the way, a Happily Ever After is always guaranteed.
