A fresh, sexy and emotional contemporary romance series by Shayla Black…
I’m Maxon Reed—real estate mogul, shark, asshole. If a deal isn’t high profile and big money, I pass. Now that I’ve found the property of a lifetime, I’m jumping. But one tenacious bastard stands between me and success—my brother. I’ll need one hell of a devious ploy to distract cynical Griff. Then fate drops a luscious redhead in my lap who’s just his type.
Sassy College senior Keeley Kent accepts my challenge to learn how to become Griff’s perfect girlfriend. But somewhere between the makeover and the witty conversation, I’m having trouble resisting her. The quirky dreamer is everything I usually don’t tolerate. But she’s beyond charming. I more than want her; I’m desperate to own her. I’m not even sure how drastic I’m willing to get to make her mine—but I’m about to find out.
More Than Want You was a great 5 star read.
Maxon is a hardcore real estate agent who has one person that can ruin the biggest deal for him. His competition and brother, Griff. While out at the bar Maxon meets Keeley and is immediately intrigued by her. She is exactly what he needs to distract his brother. But there’s one problem, he wants her in his bed.
I’m wondering would it be really awful if I slept with her before I introduced her to my brother?
Maxon convinces Keeley to come to his home and they have a great evening together. He eventually talks her into helping him with his plot against Griff. She agrees to move in with him and go through a makeover and training. Can they keep their hearts out of it? Will Keeley go through with it?
That’s definitely Griff’s thing. He likes to conquer the strong and dirty up the pretty.
There is so much more to this great read. There are a few twists I did not see coming and added a great element to the story. I loved Keeley, she had such a big passionate and kind heart. I loved how supportive she was when Maxon needed her. Maxon was a harda$$ but did a 180 when he started to get to know Keeley. She really made him look inside himself. The ending was great and I can’t wait to read “More Than need you”, I’m really looking forward to Griffin’s story. Shayla Black does a great job of pulling you in with her writing. You won’t want to put it down until you done.
